Dry Fruits and Dry Dates Halwa छुहारे और सभी सूखे फलो का हलवा.

Ingredients:

Dates =1kg
Currant =250g
Cashew nut =250g
Almond =250g
Pistachio =250g
Walnut =250g
Ghee =300ml
Milk =1 lit

Method:

All ingredients grind in a nicely
Hit a pan add ghee and hit
First add dry powder and fry low flame
After add past items and fry after 10m
Add hot milk and dry well
Cook 45m on low flame then finish.

Serve:

Every day 2 spoon with 1 glass minimum hot milk
